People have gazed in awe of the moon for time immemorial... We intrinsically admire its power to move the tides. We joke about the legendary mystery of the full moon to send people into a frenzy. But what about its subtle effects over us, and our energies?

Recognising the cycle of the moon, its movement through the astrological signs, its changing phases and its magical eclipses, can shed some light on where and when we are giving out too much energy in our lives, why our moods and appetites change, and how we can use the moon's wisdom to acknowledge our needs and invite some more balance into our lives.
