About this Service

Working on the same principles as traditional Chinese medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an easy-to-learn system of finger-tapping on specific areas of the body, to empower your body's own healing capabilities. Whether you are looking to resolve a specific physical, mental or emotional issue, or just wish to learn a new method to manage your own wellbeing, Indigo Holistics is here to personally support you to adapt and use EFT- a wonderful method which is easy to learn and apply to oneself. During our session, which will be tailored to your needs, we will work through how tapping works, different ways to prepare the body for tapping, how to work with verbal prompts and affirmation, how to conduct and assess a round of EFT, and how to work through deeper conditions. Using EFT can have the following instant effects: - reduction in aches and pains - reduction in symptoms of anxiety - increase in feeling able to cope - increase in positive mood - increase in energy levels - reduction in addictive cravings EFT has also been shown to have lasting positive effects on phobias, experiences of trauma and management of serious illness.
