About this Service

This is a free introductory session to explore treatments and holistic therapies offered by Indigo Holistics. I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor, massage therapist and Reiki master. I am also certified in Crystal Healing, Meditation Tuition, EFT Coaching, Aromatherapy, Subtle Body Anatomy and Holistic Health. Having personal experience of holistic practice for over twenty years, I have first-hand knowledge and expertise of the wonderful benefits that incorporating holistic healing techniques can bring to your physical health and emotional wellness. During this session, we will meet on an online video chat to discuss your needs, what the holistic therapies, treatments and services with Indigo Holistics look like, how these may be able to help you and which treatments may be suitable for you. This free consultation offers you the opportunity to empower your decisions about your treatment, to see whether Indigo Holistics feels right for you, and to ask any questions you may have about any of the therapies and treatments on offer. This session is held online, and requires a reliable internet connection and a back-up telephone number to be provided. All appointment bookings are made using the GMT/BST time zone, so please check any time differences carefully before booking.
