Your treatment bundle begins with an Indian Head massage... this treatment can release tension from the neck and shoulders, soothe a tired mind and promote a deep sense of relaxation. This treatment is wonderfully relaxing and can be given using an oil base, aromatherapy oils or can be given oil-free. This is the perfect treatment for clients who experience tension headaches, neck and/or shoulder tension and who would like to unwind their tired mind. We then continue your treatment bundle with a Crystal Aura Cleanse... Crystals each hold an energetic charge, and emit energy vibrations aligned with their varying composition of minerals. These energetic frequencies work on the subtle energy of the human body to tweak and adjust your own biorhythmic vibrations, bringing your energy back into its most effective alignment. During your treatment, the therapist will take a crystal wand through your auric field to identify and release any energy blockages. We then complete your treatment with a Reiki Upper Body Healing... This is healing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. The upper body is where we hold a lot of our mental energy, relationship issues, feelings of obligation, and our incongruences against the external world. An upper body healing can help to soothe any unease in these areas, and allow deeper connection to ourselves, our relationships and our divine purpose. The therapist will place their hands in various positions on or just above your upper body and then lower legs, and direct universal life energy into your energetic space. Reiki energy goes wherever it is required in the body, which means you may experience unexpected benefits as the Reiki seeks to locate the source of the issue. If you require, the therapist will share any insights or energy readings experienced during the treatment, which can indicate how you can maintain your energy levels following the treatment. This treatment is given with the client sat in a chair and can be conducted over clothing, though a wearing a loose top with straps is recommended for the most benefit. Your appointment also includes an initial consultation and debrief.
