I have been to Indigo Holistics for a number of treatments now - reiki, crystal healing, group meditation and more recently, compassion meditation. I would not hesitate to recommend Christina. Her passion and knowledge is clear, she explained everything to me prior to treatments and what to expect and always checked in with me in the days following to ensure that I am OK and looking after myself. She provides a tranquil, safe environment and I always come away feeling fully relaxed. I would not hesitate to recommend Christina and I will continue to visit her at Indigo Holistics.
